From findings to fixes
A report should make the fix plan obvious and prove the work when it's done:
Tip: Prioritise by risk and effort so the team fixes the critical, cheap wins first; give a specific remediation per finding (and the root-cause fix, not just the symptom); and always retest after fixes, recording each finding as resolved, partially fixed, or still open. Track risk you accept rather than fix, with a clear owner and reason.
